As part of our team, you’ll join a supportive, experienced group committed to delivering convenient, compassionate, and personalized eye care.

- Conduct comprehensive eye exams following established protocols.
- Diagnose and manage ocular conditions using appropriate tools and pharmaceutical agents.
- Provide timely follow‑up care and referrals with thorough documentation.
- Educate patients on eye health and build lasting doctor‑patient relationships.
- Minimize prescription remakes and contact lens returns through accurate assessments.
- Communicate effectively with staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Coordinate with referring physicians to enhance continuity of care.
- Manage patient flow efficiently and maintain punctuality for appointments and walk‑ins.
- Adhere to all state laws and regulations governing optometry.
- Maintain accurate and secure patient records.
- Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
- Proven success in growing a practice and building patient trust.
- Strong interpersonal and team‑building skills.
- Clear, confident communication with patients and staff.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver creative solutions.
- Passion for recommending eyewear and educating patients on their vision needs.

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 Annual
