Key Responsibilities Clinical Excellence
  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams following established protocols.
  • Diagnose and manage ocular conditions using appropriate tools and pharmaceutical agents.
  • Provide timely follow‑up care and referrals with thorough documentation.
  • Educate patients on eye health and build lasting doctor‑patient relationships.
  • Minimize prescription remakes and contact lens returns through accurate assessments.
Team Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Coordinate with referring physicians to enhance continuity of care.
  • Manage patient flow efficiently and maintain punctuality for appointments and walk‑ins.
Compliance
  • Adhere to all state laws and regulations governing optometry.
  • Maintain accurate and secure patient records.
  • Uphold patient rights and confidentiality.
