We are seeking an experienced home renovations Sales/ Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will assist the company in making profitable business decisions by gathering information and preparing accurate estimates. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record as a Sales/Estimator. Must be great at customer follow ups. Be willing to look for other opportunities for project sales.

Experience with CRM programs, Gantts charts, Hover, Eagleview and Company Cam.

• Fully understand the project scope and requirements by studying documentation, meeting with clients, and visiting relevant locations
• Collect necessary documentation such as plans, drawings, and project specifications
• Determine the key variables for cost and conduct research to determine expected labor and materials costs
• Gather bids and negotiate with service providers to secure the best possible prices
• Create and submit estimates to project managers
• Budget and forecast using appropriate software

• Positive attitude
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) but not necessary
• Previous experience as a Sales/Estimator
• Ability to forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Skilled in relevant software (Timberline, HCSS Heavy Bid)
• Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills
