Business Analyst Intern

Pro Ag is looking for a curious and analytical Business Analyst Intern to support our cutting‑edge projects and data‑driven decision making. As an intern, the person in this role will have the opportunity to develop their AGILE skills, collaborate across various teams, and be the catalyst between business and technological development. Reporting to the Director of Business Solutions Architecture, this is an opportunity to transform business needs into tangible solutions.

Please note:

This role will report to Pro Ag's Maple Grove, Minnesota office Monday - Thursday and work remotely on Fridays.

• Observe how Business Analysts play a key role in uncovering business requirements
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams by observing and participating in requirement‑gathering discussions
• Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks that support incremental solution delivery
• Learn how to identify and define data requirements based on business needs
• Understand why data and data analytics are critical assets to our organization as a whole

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in any of the following or related fields:
  Information Systems, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree or program with a minimum GPA of 3.0
