We’re hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented Assistant to support the Director of our Marketing Pilot Program. This role is focused on CRM management, contractor communication, and program coordination.
This is a full time position based in our office in Maple Grove, MN.
Key Responsibilities CRM Management- Maintain accurate contractor and lead records
- Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up
- Communicate internally when estimates are sent
- Ensure data integrity across all records
- Proactively contact contractors by phone and email
- Schedule follow-up meetings based on Director’s availability and priorities
- Track campaign timelines for enrolled contractors
- Schedule and confirm progress meetings
- Monitor contractor payments for pilot program entry
- Confirm payments and update CRM
- Send intake forms after payment
- Track completion and follow up as needed
- Highly organized and detail-driven
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Able to manage multiple moving parts without dropping details
Salary:$55,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience)
