PositionSummary
- Assist in maintaining Manufacturing Technology documentation and computerized maintenance management system (ePAC)
- Accurately perform data entry in maintenance and calibration databases.
- Make recommendations on preventive maintenance and other items based on general knowledge and current status and requirements.
- Create forms and other documents and submit change orders
- Fill out purchase requisitions and submit purchase orders. Place orders, and follow up on deliveries.
- Work within budgetary guidelines
- Proficiency in all MS Office programs
- Perform word processing tasks to generate documents such as letters, memos, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Plan and organize meetings and events
- Receives/Initiates/Performs other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma required. Two year technical degree preferred
- Minimum two years experience in an administrative support role, preferably working with similar systems.
- Ability to work comfortably with minimal supervision in a fast paced, rapidly changing maintenance/calibration shop environment while maintaining a professional attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to work well independently or on a team.
