Gotion is seeking a responsible line leader to oversee their production line and the hourly associates working it. This person will ensure a smooth production schedule and train new employees on that line. They will also report daily line and associate status to the Production Supervisor and ensure all safety regulations are followed.

• Ensure smooth running of the production line.
• Ensure hourly associates are following safe and efficient processes.
• Daily reporting of production metrics to Production Supervisor.
• Train new hires in production processes.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed.

• 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills are required.
• Must have knowledge of safe and efficient work practices, especially in a manufacturing setting.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $22/hr.

-26/hr., plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. Actual compensation within the range will be influenced by the specific work location, along with factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
