Multiple openings available. Assignment may include self-contained or co-taught instruction, case manager to students with diverse educational needs, IEP responsibilities.

Qualifications

LBS 1
- Endorsement is required on an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

* Must be patient, able to motivate students, understanding of their students' special needs, and accepting of differences in others.

* Must be creative and apply different types of teaching methods to reach students who are having difficulty learning.

* Excellent communication and cooperation skills.

* Able to demonstrate positive leadership skills.

* Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with LBS 1 Endorsement

Salary/Benefits

Salary and Benefits are based on the negotiated salary agreement, plus extra-duty stipends may be available. salary range began at $42,100.00.
