Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Manteno, United States location. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
* Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
* Document customer interactions and update account information in our customer service software
* Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
* Provide suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures
* Maintain a positive and supportive attitude while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Patient and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to help others
* Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
* Strong team player with a positive attitude
* Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
