Operations Manager
We’re looking for a Team Leader to help guide our replenishment and put-away team in our Distribution Center. In this role, you’ll make sure product moves smoothly from bulk storage into the pick module, support your team when challenges come up, and help keep operations running efficiently and accurately each day. You’ll work closely with your supervisor and other leaders to keep the department organized, safe, and set up for success.
Responsibilities- Keep a close eye on day-to-day activities to ensure the department runs smoothly.
- Support and monitor the replenishment and put-away process from start to finish.
- Look for ways to improve workflows and make processes more efficient.
- Adjust staffing as needed to keep the put-away area properly covered.
- Help track down misplaced product and correct issues to maintain strong inventory accuracy.
- Make sure products are scanned and put away in the right locations.
- Partner with other leaders around the pick module to support team needs.
- Review min/max settings and location utilization to ensure accuracy.
- Help the team stay on track with performance goals.
- Assist with break and lunch schedules to maintain coverage.
- Support attendance tracking, including late arrivals and early departures.
- Investigate discrepancies to understand where errors happened.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move product where it needs to go.
- Train team members on department processes and best practices.
- Support 5S, housekeeping, and general process‑improvement efforts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of experience in a high‑volume warehouse or distribution center.
- Experience with RF scanners and WMS systems is a plus.
- Clear, effective communication skills—both verbal and written.
- A track record of meeting productivity expectations and helping lift team performance.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and proper equipment use.
- Comfortable using basic Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook and Excel.
Pay Range: $23.00–$27.00 per hour plus bonus
