Experienced Restoration Technician – SERVPRO® Team Carpenter

What You’ll Do

Set up job sites, containment, staging areas, and equipment
Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation work to industry standards
Communicate clearly with Project Managers and fellow technicians to keep projects moving efficiently
Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
Handle end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license
Restoration or construction experience strongly preferred
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

Regularly lift 50 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Comfortable working on ladders, at ceiling height, and in tight spaces (crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry equipment throughout the day
Ability to work with cleaning agents and restoration materials
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable law
