Pearce Services is seeking skilled and motivated entry‑level technicians to service and repair commercial generators and HVAC equipment on cell‑tower and telecom sites. Candidates should be responsible, highly motivated, willing to travel, and reside in the Manteca,.Foreground Color area for these local positions.

• Service, maintain, and repair generators and HVAC systems at telecom and cell‑tower sites.
• Maintain commercial package cooling systems supporting telecom equipment shelters.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, load‑bank testing, and performance checks.
• Perform basic generator repairs, oil changes, lubrication, and fuel system maintenance.
• Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports.

• 1+ year generator and/or HVAC service experience (technical school accepted), but not required.
• Experience with ATS, electrical troubleshooting, and critical power systems preferred.
• EPA Universal or Type II Certification preferred; EGSA a plus.
• Knowledge of FCC, FAA, EPA, OSHA standards.
• Valid driver’s license for at least one year with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

• Lift 50+ lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Extensive travel to telecom sites; independent field work.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotations.
• Compliance with OSHA Standards.
• Must meet DOT driver physical, background, and driving record requirements.
• Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.

$28 – $38 USD
