• Work primarily with a single customer in the home‑improvement segment.
• Safely transport team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and WIS driver safety requirements, completing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning.
• Count and record inventory accurately.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods.
• Meet daily performance goals and earn productivity‑based wage increases.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales, Driver or Warehouse work is preferred; no inventory experience is acceptable with training.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and consistency.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Applicants with no degree, returning to workforce, military experience are encouraged.

• Valid driver’s license in state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• Minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience.
• Willingness to submit to pre‑employment investigative consumer report, screening, and MVR check.
• Familiarity with GPS devices.
• Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings or late nights.

This position requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, using both hands and wrists for repetitive motions, squatting, kneeling, crouching, using a ladder, lifting up to 25 lbs, and traveling via car and occasionally plane with overnight stays.
