Embroidery Operator

The Embroidery Operator is responsible for applying digitized graphics to company and third-party apparel and products. This role operates embroidery machines to produce high-quality customized items while meeting production schedules and quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Operate embroidery machines to apply digitized graphics to apparel and products.
• Prepare garments for production, including hooping and material setup.
• Load embroidery designs and verify thread colors, sequencing, and placement.
• Run test samples and monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow production schedules to complete customer orders accurately and on time.
• Perform quality checks and trim finished products.
• Maintain equipment, keep work areas organized, and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with troubleshooting production issues and supporting team workflow.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in embroidery, screen printing, or garment production preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to see fine detail and distinguish colors.

Pay Range: $17.50-$19.50 per hour
