Embroidery Operator

The Embroidery Operator is responsible for applying digitized graphics to company and third-party apparel and products. This role operates embroidery machines to produce high-quality customized items while meeting production schedules and quality standards.

Operate embroidery machines to apply digitized graphics to apparel and products.

Prepare garments for production, including hooping and material setup.

Load embroidery designs and verify thread colors, sequencing, and placement.

Run test samples and monitor production to ensure quality standards are met.

Follow production schedules to complete customer orders accurately and on time.

Perform quality checks and trim finished products.

Maintain equipment, keep work areas organized, and follow safety procedures.

Assist with troubleshooting production issues and supporting team workflow.

Previous experience in embroidery, screen printing, or garment production preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic math and computer skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday.

Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Ability to see fine detail and distinguish colors.

$17.50-$19.50 per hour
