HOT NEW ROLE!!

We are recruiting for a static night shift FLT Driver for a well established Brewery/Warehouse in Mansfield.

Monday-Friday, rotating shifts, 6am until 2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm to 6am

Rates of pay £14.10 per hour + nights uplift of £8.04

Job Summary:

As a FLT Driver, you will be responsible for operating the Forklift Truck to safely transport goods within the warehouse, ensuring the efficient organisation of products in storage and preparing orders for dispatch. You will also assist in maintaining a safe working environment and ensure that all warehouse operations are carried out effectively

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate the FLT to load, unload, and move goods within the warehouse.
  • Safely stack products in racking systems, ensuring efficient use of space.
  • Pick and pack orders, preparing goods for shipment.
  • Conduct daily safety checks on the FLT before use and report any faults or damages.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with stock counting and performing cycle counts.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse.
  • Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure order fulfillment is timely and accurate.
Key Requirements:
  • Valid FLT license.
  • Proven experience operating a FLT in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle goods with care.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
Desirable:
  • Experience in inventory management systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar warehouse/logistics role.
