Here at GXO, were looking for an Oceans Export Supervisor to play a key role in our 4PL Control Tower, managing complex, multi-modal transport operations and ensuring service excellence for a nominated customer account.

This is a full-time permanent position. Based on our British Salt contract working from our transport control tower in Nottingham
. Youll be working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 09:00 till 17:00
. However, some flexibility is required, this is logistics after all!

Pay, benefits and more:

Were looking to offer a salary of up to£37,500 per annum
, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). A company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and death in service.

What youll do on a typical day:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Control Tower team, ensuring smooth execution of international transport schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer issue resolution, handling queries and complaints professionally.
