This is an on‑site, full‑time role for a Door Installation & Service Engineer. The office is based in Mansfield, however the engineer could be based throughout the UK. The role involves conducting door installations, performing regular maintenance and repairs, and providing technical support to ensure efficient operation of industrial and rapid action doors. Daily tasks include diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, and carrying out high‑quality service visits to address customer needs.

The role also requires clear and professional communication with clients and team members.

• Experience in troubleshooting and problem‑solving in technical environments
• Proficiency in field service operations and maintenance & repair of industrial or rapid action doors
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and team members
• Ability to provide technical support and guidance to clients
• Previous experience in the doors or related industry is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship
