Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a well‑established organisation within the print and packaging sector. You’ll be the central point of contact for customers across the Northern Sales Area, managing enquiries, orders, stock requirements and supplier communication. This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, variety, and the satisfaction of delivering exceptional service that strengthens long‑term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily sales orders via email and telephone
* Providing accurate stock updates and delivery information
* Overseeing bespoke stock levels and customer re‑order requirements
* Obtaining competitive pricing and lead times from suppliers
* Working closely with the external Sales Manager to support regional growth
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring consistent, high‑quality communication
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management or internal sales
* Professional telephone manner with strong organisational skills
* Commercially minded with the ability to build and retain customer relationships
* Confident IT skills; experience with Sage is preferred
* Ability to commute to Mansfield NG19
