CYD? is the UK’s leading touring dance convention, connecting dancers, educators, brands and creative professionals nationwide. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a proactive individual to support the growth of our commercial partnerships.

This role focuses on driving new commercial opportunities for CYD?. You will be responsible for sourcing new partners and sponsors, securing agreements and managing relationships with both new and existing stakeholders.

This position suits a confident communicator with strong sales instincts, excellent relationship‑building skills and a passion for the performing arts or events industry.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with CYD?’s audience and values
• Negotiate sponsor ships and commercial partnerships
• Build and manage long‑term relationships with partners and sponsors
• Proactively develop new revenue opportunities
• Deliver confident pitches both virtually and in person
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfil partner deliverables
• Track and report on commercial activity and performance
• Represent CYD? at events and industry meetings when required

You are proactive, self‑motivated and target‑driven, with strong negotiation and communication skills. You are professional, personable and capable of managing multiple projects. Experience in dance, performing arts, events or entertainment is desirable but not essential.
