Customer Enquiries Coordinator

Overview

Express Recruitment are delighted to be working alongside a well-established and growing print and packaging business. Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Customer Support Coordinator to join their expanding team on a full time permanent basis.

The business operates one of the UK’s largest packaging e-commerce platforms offering over 2,000 packaging products from stock with next-day delivery available on orders placed before 5:00pm.

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Process incoming e-commerce orders from the website and Amazon
• Liaise with warehouse staff, couriers and suppliers
• Keep customers informed of any stock availability or delivery issues
• Raise purchase orders for non-stock items and direct deliveries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Experience using Sage 200 Accounts is preferred but not essential
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
