Machine Operator – Finishing

An established multichannel marketing services business is seeking an experienced Machine Finishing Operator to join its manufacturing team in Mansfield.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled operator to work within a busy production environment on a rotating shift pattern. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality finished products, ensuring efficiency and precision throughout the finishing process.

Following full training, you will be responsible for confidently operating one or more B1 laminating, die‑cutting and creasing machines within the manufacturing area.

• Operate B1 laminator and die‑cut/crease machinery to required quality standards
• Process printed sheet work through automated machine systems
• Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met
• Maintain high standards of quality control and accuracy
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve 100% customer satisfaction
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

• Proven experience operating finishing or print‑based automated machinery
• Demonstrable knowledge of running printed sheet work through machine processes
• Good level of computer literacy
• Flexible and reliable approach to work
• Forward‑thinking mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
