Manufactoring Operative

Job Description

To assist in the manufacturing and assembly of high‑quality products by carrying out production tasks efficiently, and to company standards. The role involves working as part of a team on the factory floor to ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Duration:
This is an ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to achieve a full time role

Contract Type:
Temporary

Hourly Rate:
You will be paid £12.21 per hour. Please note we do not offer visa sponsor ships

Working Hours:

06:00 – 16:30 Monday – Wednesday & 06:00 – 16:00 on Thursdays

Closing Date:

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Good understanding of health & safety practices
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge or practical skills
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude

Desirable:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, or fabrication
• Experience working with metal components
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
