Test Manager

We are supporting a leading financial services organisation undergoing a core banking replacement programme and are seeking an experienced Test Manager to play a critical role in ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the end‑to‑end testing strategy across a complex, multi‑workstream programme.

• Define and deliver comprehensive test strategies covering SIT, UAT, integration, regression, performance and security testing
• Lead and coordinate QA teams across internal and third‑party providers
• Manage test planning, resourcing, dependencies, and execution across work streams
• Own defect management processes, triage, prioritisation, and resolution
• Ensure full traceability and compliance with regulatory and audit requirements
• Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and readiness indicators to senior stakeholders
• Support change, training, and go / no-go decisions during implementation
• Hold vendors and offshore teams accountable to agreed SLAs and KPIs
