  for clients, handling day-to-day staffing requirements

  industrial, warehouse, and production operatives
• Sourced candidates throughjob boards, CV databases, referrals, and advertising
• Conductedcandidate screening, interviews, and compliance checks
  (right to work, references)
• Coordinated
  temporary and permanent placements
  , ensuring client requirements were met
• Built and maintained strong
  client relationships
  to support retention and repeat business
• Managed
  shift bookings, rota planning, and workforce allocation
• Handledon-site workforce management
  , including inductions and performance monitoring
• Ensured full compliance with
  employment legislation and agency standards
• Resolvedattendance, performance, and disciplinary issues

• Proven recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial sector.
