Health Care Assistant Hours & Pay Rate
Hours: Days, Nights, Weekends
Pay Rate: £12.40
About the RoleWe are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join a friendly residential care service. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, and passionate about supporting others.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal, emotional and social care
- Support residents with daily tasks, activities and community outings
- Build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain accurate electronic care records
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and service policies
- Work effectively as part of a supportive care team
- Caring, patient and understanding
- A good communicator
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Organised, reliable and self‑motivated
- Flexible and willing to learn
- Respectful of residents’ privacy and dignity
Experience is welcome but not essential — full training is provided.
