About the Role

We are recruiting compassionate and reliable Care Support Workers to join a friendly residential care service. This role is ideal for someone who is caring, patient, and passionate about supporting others.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal, emotional and social care
Support residents with daily tasks, activities and community outings
Build positive relationships with residents and their families
Maintain accurate electronic care records
Follow safeguarding, health and safety and service policies
Work effectively as part of a supportive care team
