• Full flexibility required to work all three shifts, including weekends on a rota basis

• Support individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge

• Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant in mental health or behavioural support
• Confidence in managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
