Toolmaker / Precision Engineer

£12.50 - £20/hr Depending on experience + Progression + Training + Overtime.

Mansfield, ( Ideally located Nottingham, Chesterfield & surrounding areas )

This is a hands-on role based in their workshop, assisting with Powder Compacting, Tool Repair/Service, Tool maintenance.

In this role you will be working with a small team of engineers, the work is low-volume and highly varied, with most jobs being one-off or bespoke components.

This role would suit somebody with an engineering qualification/experience, specifically Grinding/Milling/Eroding/bench work/mould tooling

The Role

* Grinding, milling, eroding, and bench work

* Mould tool manufacture, repair, and maintenance (desirable)

* Read and work from engineering drawings

* Days based (Monday to Friday)

The Person

* Able to manage own time and workload effectively

* Comfortable working on one-off and bespoke jobs (non-production)

* Engineering skills, tool proficiency
