Pay: £12.82 – £16.46 per hour

Age Range: KS3, KS4

Contract:

Temporary with an Opportunity for Permanent Placement if all goes well

Start Date:

ASAP, flexible

As a mentor with a football background, you will support children on a 1:1 basis and with small groups, contributing to their holistic development throughout the school day. You will draw on your coaching skills to engage students who may struggle in a mainstream environment.

• Work closely with students on a 1:1 basis, promoting positive engagement in education.
• Deliver captivating lessons in sports and structured activities, ensuring a well‑rounded experience.
• Provide mentorship and support to students, facilitating their reintegration into education.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the school's staff to create a positive and empowering learning environment.

• Essential prior experience in football coaching.
• Passion for sports and a genuine desire to help children succeed.
• Full‑time commitment to making a positive impact within education.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, fostering engagement and enthusiasm.

You will receive support from a dedicated consultant and access to ongoing training to develop your classroom skills and extend your impact within the school.
