Job Title: Psychology Graduate – SEND Teaching Assistant (TA/LSA)
Location: Mansfield/ Chesterfield
Salary: £89.38–£100 per day (Depending of experience) PAYE
Contract: Full-time, Long-Term

We’re on the lookout for Psychology graduates who are ready to step into a classroom and really make a difference. Think less textbooks, more “lightbulb moments.” You’ll be working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a specialist or mainstream school, supporting children with additional needs autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more.
What your day might look like:- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping children with social, emotional or sensory needs access learning
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists
- Bringing calm, confidence and kindness to every challenge
- Psychology graduates (or final year students!) with a real interest in SEND and child development
- People who are patient, proactive, and genuinely care
- Bonus points if you’ve volunteered, mentored, or worked in youth settings before
- It’s a brilliant stepping stone if you're considering Educational Psychology, Teaching or Therapy careers
