• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Working one-to-one or in small groups with students who need additional support
• Helping manage classroom behaviour and engagement
• Assisting with administrative tasks and lesson preparation
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Have experience working with young people (in schools or other settings)
• Are enthusiastic, reliable, and patient
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Are passionate about education and helping students succeed
