£150 - £200 per day
Class Mate is working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in the NG19 area to recruit a part-time KS1 Teacher, starting as soon as possible.
This role would suit a passionate and committed teacher who enjoys working in Key Stage 1 and is confident delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that support early learning and development.

The role:

* Teaching a KS1 class (Year 1 or Year
2) on a part-time basis

* Planning and delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum

* Creating a positive, nurturing classroom environment

* Using assessment to support pupil progress and differentiation

* Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and the wider school team
The ideal candidate will:

* Hold QTS (ECTs welcome to apply)

* Have experience teaching in KS1

* Be confident in delivering phonics and early reading

* Have strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply)
