Aspire People are currently recruiting a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to work in a range of supportive primary schools across Mansfield. This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs looking for flexible or long-term opportunities.

The Role:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum

Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress

Adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and EAL pupils

Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals

The Ideal Candidate :

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has experience teaching in UK primary schools (ECTs welcome to apply)

Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to pupil progress

Holds (or is willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS on the update service
