We are offering a £30,000 basic salary plus company benefits. This is a full time role working Monday - Friday either 8am - 5pm or 8:30am - 5:30pm with one in three Saturdays.

• The Service Advisor acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.
• Set customer expectations and keep in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
• Upsell additional products where appropriate and follow up with the customer to ensure satisfaction with the work carried out.

We are looking for you to have a previous customer facing service experience; this is essential for you to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines.
