About the Opportunity
Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established creative manufacturing organisation with a long history of delivering high‑quality printed materials and premium personalised products. The business operates across both commercial print and consumer‑focused personalised gifting, with a strong reputation for craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail.
The company supports a diverse client base and manages the full production process in‑house, ensuring consistent quality and rapid turnaround. Their product range spans traditional print, bespoke personalised items, and a growing portfolio of premium giftware.
Role Overview
This position offers a varied and engaging workload, combining commercial design with product‑focused creativity. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of printed marketing materials as well as personalised product designs, working closely with production teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing artwork for brochures, leaflets, direct mail, and point‑of‑sale materials.
* Designing personalised products across multiple formats, including engraving, embossing, and dye‑sublimation.
* Preparing accurate, production‑ready files in line with technical specifications.
* Collaborating with internal teams to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
* Supporting the development of new product concepts and design ranges.
Candidate Requirements
* Approximately 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role (preferred).
* A strong portfolio demonstrating print‑based design capability.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to commute to Mansfield NG19.
