ABOUT THE JOB

You were born to be the boss. Domino's Pizza is hiring assistant managers who can lead, multitask, and use sound judgment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the team delivers great customer service and operates the store effectively.

You will be working for a company that values fun and flexibility and provides work experience you can use long term. You will help us be the best in pizza delivery and demonstrate leadership on shift.

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew.
• Additional duties include staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

Many team members began their careers as delivery drivers and progressed to management, general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations roles within Domino’s.

• General duties for store team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and facilities.

  Ability to understand and give written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Essential Functions/

  Ability to perform basic arithmetic, make correct monetary change, enter orders using a computer, and coordinate eye–hand movements for quick, accurate work.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions for delivery and outside tasks; store temperatures can range from coolers to hot prep areas.
• Fast-paced environment with exposure to food odors and moving equipment; handling of hot surfaces up to 500 degrees or more; sharp edges and mechanical parts present.
• Physical requirements include standing for long periods, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing/pulling, climbing stairs as needed, and reaching overhead.

• Deliver product by car to customers; may require driving to multiple locations and handling delivery logistics.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

• Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate various delivery sites while carrying product, including multi‑story buildings and private residences.
