Position SummaryAs an Aquatics Lifeguard, you must be safety minded and customer service oriented. You will work in a fast‑paced environment and oversee state‑of‑the‑art recreational and lap pools, both indoor and outdoor. You will monitor the pool deck and maintain safety on water slides. You will help with aquatics events such as “Dive in Movies” and “Poolapalooza.”
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Greets and interacts with members
- Rescues swimmers in danger of drowning and administers first aid
- Ensures swimmers are aware of potentially dangerous swim areas and activities
- Keeps the pool area clean and orderly to ensure safety of the members
- Working towards a high school diploma or GED
