Diva Dance is a dance experience for adults that offers flexible part-time hours, extensive support and personal development, leadership opportunities, and a values-driven franchise culture. We are looking for someone who can help create an inclusive, welcoming environment for all participants.
The GigWe’re looking for a confident, outgoing individual ready to CHANGE LIVES by creating an unforgettable experience at our inclusive, stress-free dance classes. In this role, you’ll be the face of Diva Dance during classes—checking people in, capturing social media content, making announcements, and ensuring every client feels welcomed and celebrated. You’ll connect with clients to hear about their goals and experiences, sharing how Diva Dance can help them feel more confident and connected.
You’ll introduce our membership plans and help clients find the best fit for their needs.
We’re seeking someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, enjoys making an impact, and is fun, values-driven, and obsessed with excellence. If you’re persuasive, articulate, confident, and excited to help people feel amazing through dance, we’d love to have you on our team. No dance experience is needed—just great energy and a passion for connecting with people. Customer service or sales experience is a plus, and onboarding details will be provided.

Hours, Compensation, LocationWe are looking for you to host our class in Mansfield at 7:30 PM every Monday and Thursday. Diva Dance brings our classes into existing facilities—we do not have our own physical location. You can expect to work at our studio in Mansfield and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
Compensation is $40 per week + $10 per membership sold + free dance classes.
