What You’ll Do?
  • Guide and support our interdisciplinary team with empathy and excellence.
  • Champion quality, safety, and compliance as part of our mission to raise the standard of hospice care.
  • Lead initiatives in staff education, QAPI, and process improvements.
  • Partner closely with our Director of Hospice to strengthen clinical operations and team culture.
  • Rotate as Administrator On‑Call (shared with 3–4 leaders) so families and our team always feel supported.
What We’re Looking For?
  • Current RN license in Texas (required).
  • 3+ years of hospice RN experience (5+ preferred).
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in a Hospice DON/ADON Role.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
  • A leader who thrives in a close‑knit, mission‑driven environment.
  • Valid Texas driver’s license.
Schedule:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Mansfield, TX office)
Administrator On‑Call rotation shared among leadership team.
