About the Role:

This position offers a higher level of clinical care than typically found in post-acute or residential settings. Our facility delivers hospital-level services comparable to those provided on a medical-surgical unit. Our highly skilled interdisciplinary team manages a wide range of complex medical needs, including intravenous therapy, surgical and wound care, tracheostomy management, mobility assistance, and oversight of lines, tubes, and drains.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a healing environment focused on optimal recovery.

Position Highlights at a Glance:

• Caseload: ~7 patients
• Average Patient Length of Stay: 10–14 days
• Conditions:
  
  Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and more
• Team Approach:
  Collaborate with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy, and more
• Advanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains
• 12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)

What You’ll Need:

• RN License (State of TX)
• CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred
• 1+ year of RN experience preferred (acute care a plus)
• CRRN preferred
