NSC Staffing has an immediate opening for a Amada Press Brake Operator in Mansfield, TX

Shift: 1st shift, schedule 7a - 3:30p, Monday - Friday
Pay: $18-$22 depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Press Brake Operator to join our custom metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating Amada press brakes and be proficient in manual set up and programming. This role is critical to shaping precision metal components for custom projects, requiring a strong understanding of forming techniques, blueprint reading, and machine operation.

Key responsibilities include following

• Operate Amada press brake machine to bend and form metal components to exact specifications
• Perform manual set up of tooling, back gauges, and machine parameters for each job
• Program machine using interface or controller
• Read and interpret blueprints, flat prints and bend drawings
• Maintain press brake equipment and tooling in good working condition

Duties

• Select appropriate tooling and dies based on material type and bend requirements
• Adjust machine settings to maintain consistent bend angles and dimensions
• Handle a variety of materials including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Assist in layout and verification of formed parts
