Job Description
Pay: $18-$20/hr (based on experience)
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00PM-11:30PM
What You'll Do- Perform MIG welding on carbon and mild steel
- Perform Flux Core welding (preferred)
- Fit, weld, and assemble structural components
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Install fabricated structures and complete repairs
- Use grinders, hand tools, and fabrication equipment
- Inspect welds for quality (no cracks, porosity, defects)
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Assist with occasional field installs
- 2+ years hands‑on MIG welding experience
- Flux Core experience strongly preferred
- Strong blueprint reading skills (required)
- Experience fitting and fabricating metal structures
- Ability to set up and adjust welding machines
- Safety-focused and reliable
- Able to stand for long periods in a shop environment
- Must pass weld test
- Must bring welding hood and steel‑toe boots
