Job Description

• Ensures Mouser meets or exceeds customer expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality and accuracy standards.
• Strictly adheres to all posted procedures.
• Maintains acceptable attendance based on Mouser Absence Policy guidelines, measured against the number of unscheduled missed hours; must be at work on time. Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
• Demonstrates a positive team-oriented demeanor and approach toward work assignments, contributing to the warehouse team’s ongoing success by willingly accepting and embracing other duties as required, and helping the department as a whole.
• Actively cross‑trains in other areas, as required, outside of a primary job function.
• Ensures a safe working environment for self and others by adhering to established safety expectations and following housekeeping requirements; notifies management of any observed safety hazards.
• Interacts effectively with individuals and groups both inside and outside the organization.
• Other teamwork metrics include effectiveness in working with co‑workers, ability to work overtime, sense of urgency, ability to work unsupervised, flexibility, and an overall quality‑focused demeanor toward work and Mouser.
• Follows appropriate procedures for the area.
• Notifies management of any procedure violations.
• Maintains a professional, neat and orderly work area, including product preservation.
• Maintains ESD control for the area, as applicable.
• Attends team talks regularly.
• Represents the company in a professional manner.
• Provides customer service excellence.
• Supports and participates in Mouser’s total quality process, including continuous improvements.

• Able to use a computer and handheld computer or iPad (preferred).
• Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math.
• Able to read and understand instructions in English.
• Strong quality and productivity orientation.
• Can maneuver in 36‑inch‑wide aisles, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10–12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2 feet (using stairs and ladders).
• May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck such as a wave, forklift or pallet jack (preferred).
• Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
