Welder Job Duties and Requirements:
- Perform MIG, TIG, or Stick welding on steel and other metals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job orders.
- Measure, cut, and assemble metal components to specifications.
- Inspect finished welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to standards.
- Operate grinders, saws, and other fabrication tools safely.
- Minimum 1 year of welding experience in an industrial or fabrication environment.
- Proficient with MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow production instructions.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are a must.
