Overview

Position Summary. Sam’s Club is seeking Team Manager candidates for Member Experience, Fresh Area, Merchandising, Fulfillment, and Freight Flow roles.   • Lead and develop teams in assigned areas to deliver results and exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications:

    2 or more years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience with 6 months of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 1 year of Sam’s Club experience; OR 3 years of military experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    Environmental Compliance or related field;
    Retail P&L management experience;
    Supervisory experience;
    Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.
Benefits and Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $62,000.00 – $84,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Benefits include health (medical, vision, dental), 401(k) with company contributions, stock purchase, company-paid life insurance, and paid time off (PTO, parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting). PTO/PPTO terms depend on job classification and length of employment and meet or exceed applicable paid sick leave laws.

Live Better U is a company-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates, covering programs from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are paid by Walmart. Eligibility varies by benefit and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
