Job Summary We are seeking a Crew Lead Painter to oversee and lead a team of painters in completing various painting projects The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in painting strong leadership skills and the ability to ensure quality work is delivered on time Responsibilities 1 Manage and lead a team of painters in executing painting projects according to specifications 2 Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide recommendations as needed 3 Train new team members on painting techniques safety protocols and company procedures 4 Ensure all painting work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards 5 Maintain proper inventory of painting supplies and equipment 6 Inspect work sites to ensure safety measures are followed and work is progressing as planned 7 Address any issues or concerns that arise during projects and provide solutions in a timely manner Qualifications 1 Proven experience as a painter with expertise in a variety of painting techniques 2 Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred 3 Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4 Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team 5 Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to painting 6 Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high quality work 7 Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments Must have the following Commercial Construction Experience 5 years preferably restaurant
