Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and align with the most critical business priorities to drive strategic decision making through your role and department.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and the ability to leverage data insights to influence business strategies and outcomes to drive ROI with our talent.
  • Establish and maintain open, clear, and transparent communication with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and the successful achievement of business objectives.
  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of clerical, technical, administrative, and management positions; from resume review through job offer.
  • Manage multiple job requisitions, screen resumes, pre-screen candidates, coordinate on-site interviews, interview candidates, attend job fairs, and partner with local Human Resources team and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate and hiring-team experience.
  • Follow standard recruiting and human resources policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Enter and maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with hiring managers to review job descriptions, understand job responsibilities, and confirm minimum qualifications.
  • Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess a high volume of candidates across multiple openings/requisitions.
  • Communicate interview details to candidates (directions, dress code, logistics, etc.).
  • Manage internal candidates, including screening, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and transfer offer letters.
  • Coordinate employee referrals by fielding submissions, conducting referral phone interviews, tracking referrals, and submitting qualified referrals for incentive processing.
  • Administer pre-employment testing where applicable and compare qualifications to job requirements for exempt and non-exempt roles.
  • Schedule and participate in interviews with the respective hiring team; conduct timely debrief meetings to evaluate and select candidates and meet recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, resumes to hiring managers).
  • Maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals; utilize career fairs and events to identify and attract quality candidates.
  • Coordinate background checks and new-hire drug testing for qualified candidates.
  • Act as a consistent point of contact for candidates to ensure timely feedback and an optimal experience.
  • Submit offer requests for review and approval; follow up with candidates regarding offer details.
  • Work with the compensation team and local HR to review compensation and schedule new-hire orientation.
  • Close out job requisitions in the ATS and follow up with interviewed candidates who were not extended offers.
  • Complete weekly reports on employment activity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related business discipline and a minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience; SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
  • Clear understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. Experience with applicant tracking software (iCims) preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to learn additional programs as needed.
  • Ability to recruit at all Company locations across hourly manufacturing to salary-level management roles. Knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations. Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to provide high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Physical Demand

Occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. May occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
