• Coordinate and monitor day‑to‑day operations of the utilization management program for the outpatient clinic.
• Direct activities necessary to ensure appropriate utilization of the clinic and its resources while maintaining optimal patient‑care standards.
• Analyze records to determine legitimacy of patient continued stay by performing concurrent reviews.
• Participate in treatment team meetings to report legitimacy to physicians and team members.
• Report to work in a timely manner and adhere to policies, procedures, and processes.
• Perform other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.

• Three to five years of management experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
• Good computer skills required.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English essential.

• Current state Registered Nurse license required.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• De‑escalation training required within 30 days of hire.
