• Pinpoint mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues with precision—no guessing.
• Perform complete and thorough repairs on all makes/models, including brakes, suspension, engine, transmission, and more.
• Work directly with service advisors to explain issues and necessary repairs in a way that builds customer trust.
• Identify current and potential future issues, ensuring every vehicle leaves safer than it arrived.
• Keep your bay and tools in top shape to maximize efficiency.
• Learn new repair techniques and technologies as vehicles evolve.
• Verify that every repair is done right the first time before returning the vehicle to the customer.

• Ensures precise diagnosis and high‑quality repairs with no guesswork.
• Critical for accurately diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
• Owns the quality of work and ensures every repair is done right the first time.
• Embraces new repair techniques and technologies as vehicles evolve.
• Works closely with service advisors and other technicians to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.

• ASE Certification – Required or willingness to obtain.
• 5+ Years of Experience – You know your way around a wrench.
• Problem‑Solving Mastery – You don’t guess—you diagnose.

• $25–45 per hour depending on experience and certifications.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crouching for extended periods while working on vehicles.
