Lewis Crane & Hoist is in search of it’s next team member to fill a newly created Accounting position. With our long term goal in mind, this individual will initially be given the responsibility of providing assistance in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Collections and Payroll functions, while at the same time be trained to fill the role and fulfill the responsibilities of each department as a stand alone position.

Applicant must have a desire and take the initiative to learn the operations of a truly unique business with the attitude of “All Hands on Deck and In it For the Long Haul”. This individual must be able to adapt to change in a fast paced work environment.

Initial responsibilities will be as follows with the intent of adding/changing responsibilities as each task is mastered:

• Scanning company documents to be filed electronically.
• Maintain Toll Tag information on all company vehicles.
• Maintain registration on all company vehicles.
• Assist with travel arrangements for employees.
• Expense Report processing.
• Assist with customer billing as needed.
• Vendor invoice entry.
• Reconciliation of company credit cards.
• Job Cost Reporting experience not initially required, but individual will receive training as a requirement.

Required Skills:

• 5 Years – Hands on Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience in Rental Services a Plus
• Experience with Sage 50 Accounting a Plus
• Team Player - Assist with Peers without being asked
• Ability to Multi Task
